1.Construction of a New Fire Department Maintenance Facility with all Interior and Exterior appurtenances, and Site Amenities as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. 2.Disposal of the existing Soil Overburden to locations as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications and as directed by the Owner. 3.Construction of a LADOTD compliant Street and appurtenances. 4.Provide Rough-In’s for Owner’s Security Systems as indicated on Drawings and Specifications.
